CAN- Bus- Systems
The CAN-Bus is a type of network, which is used mainly in the automotive engineering It combines different control units, called nodes, to exchange informations. The nodes are installed in the near of the sensors and actors. The BADER air conditioning systems are build according to this principle.
The following systems serve komplex air conditioning tasks in one- deck and double- deck buses Concerning the design and implemented software these are customer specified solutions. They vary depending of the aggregates to be controlled and the "climatisation-philosophy" for the different types of buses. With these systems BADER delievers inportant manufacturers like MAN, Neoplan, Viseon.

Motor controller
The BADER motor controllers are devided in - blower controllers - flap controllers.
The blower controllers changes the speed of a DC motor in dependence of a potentiometer value or a atteched control voltage. The flap controllers changes the angle of a servomotor in dependence of a potentiometer value or a atteched control voltage.

Control units
The devices can be used in different modes. - "stand alone", here all values are preseted, no handling required - in combination with a control panel, the communications works by RS232 - or with external switches and potentiometers, e.g. a control console.
The essential difference between the units is the number of inputs/ outputs. With modification of the software it is possible to realize different customer requirements.

Thermostats
The BADER thermostats are used for carrying out simple control functions, e.g. the climatisation of refrigerated trucks or refrigerated containers. There are different control functions: two-level controller, three-level controller, four-level controller.

Electronic two-level controller for for controlling of heating and cooling in climate control units and vehicles. Relays-output with 1 potential-free 2- way contact.
Thermostat TR-280
Electronic three-level controller for for controlling of heating and cooling in climate control units and vehicles. Relays-output with 2 potential-free 2- way contact.
Thermostat TR-282
Electronic three-level controller for controlling of heating and cooling in climate control unit and vehicles. Relays-output with 2 potential-free 2- way contact. The difference to the TR-280 is a additionally analog output for controlling blower moduls.
Thermostat TR-285
Electronic four-level controller for controlling of heating and cooling in climate control units iand vehicles. Relays output with 3 potential-free 2- way contact.
Thermostat TR-330
Electronic two-level controller for for controlling of heating and cooling in climate control units and vehicles. Relays-output with 1 potential-free 2- way contact.
